Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All purchases from Quotahack LLC are for digital products delivered electronically, including the AI Sales Playbook and B2B Pricing Calculator Chrome Extension. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• The product was not delivered or is inaccessible due to a technical error on our side
• The product description was materially misleading compared to what was delivered
• A duplicate purchase was made in error within 48 hours

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after accessing the product
• You did not read the product description before purchasing
• The product did not meet your personal expectations or use case
• More than 7 days have passed since the original purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@quotahack.com with your order confirmation, the reason for the request, and any relevant details. We will respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Quotahack LLC is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
