3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, tools, and digital products offered by Quotahack LLC — including the AI Sales Playbook and B2B Pricing Calculator — are the intellectual property of Quotahack LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

4. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically upon purchase. By purchasing, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute any purchased product.

5. Limitation of Liability

Quotahack LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming.
